Jose Chomkara, Managing Director
Jose Chomkara, the Founder and Managing Director of Blue Warm Foundations Private Limited. He is a successful businessman who has worked in the USA for the last three decades. He returned to India and engaged in promoting farm tourism in Kerala.
And he started a farm on three acres of land with different kinds of fruit plants, spices and more than fifty species of plants. Now this farm has ten well-furnished rooms for tourists and with a banquet hall for meetings and gatherings.
Biju Manayani, Executive Director
Biju Manayani is a Postgraduate in Arts, and he has Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management from KITTS and Law Degree from Karnataka State Law University. Also, he is an Incredible India Tourist Guide and Tour Manager approved by India Tourism, Government of India for last three decades.
He has been contributing to the promotion of Kerala Tourism since 1992. He started Kerala’s first responsible tourism project “Village Tour by traditional Country Boat” In Kerala for International Tourists.
He designed and printed the ‘Tourist Map of Kochi’ for International Tourists who visit in Cochin. Kerala’s biggest International Education Exhibition “Careers & Courses” was first organised by him in his event management division. In addition. he organised Kerala’s first IT & Communication Exhibition “Kerala IT Expo2001” at Cochin and many more.
